So I have decided to try my hand at couponing. Yep that's right, I'm gonna be a coupon mom! I'm going to be that person just ahead of you in the check out line fishing for the right coupon! Okay, I promise to be organized. Okay, I promise to try to be organized. So stay tuned, if I figure out how to save a crap load of money I will share my secrets! It's how I roll.
I am also still planning on teaching myself (and by myself I of course mean my mom) to sew. The plan is to make great stuff and sell it on Etsy or somewhere like that. I am also teaching myself (and this time I really do mean myself) to knit, and for those of you keeping tabs . . . its not going great. Turns out I'm not super good with my hands and two needles. Crocheting is way easier. I'm just sayin. But I am still trying in between bottles and diaper changes. And speaking of . . . I smell something suspicious. Gotta go.

Isaac is invited to his 1st party! Woo Hoo!

Isaac was invited to his VERY 1st Halloween party by the Pullmans. And sense it was such an important event we ALL decided to dress up in costumes. That's always a good idea!
Who is that under that snout? Oh good Lord its ME! Is that Miss Piggy in drag?
Look at that cute little chicken! I just want to squeeze him and those cheeks! A certain little chicken got his second tooth on Halloween, now he has two shiny pearly whites. Isaac really wanted to take Winston out dressed up as an egg, but Winston would have been more like Humpty Dumpty by the end of the night; you know, that whole bulldog in a china shop scenario.

Woman! Bring me my Super Suit!
Justin made a perfect Mr. Incredible. Laughed out loud when I 1st saw him!

Grammie is a good chicken farmer.

Happy Anniversary . . . over a month late.

Hmmmmm, seems I have missed a pretty big milestone in our lives. Oops. Justin and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary on September 27, 2009. One year down only sixty plus to go! The year flew by so fast I feel like it left me spinning. Justin took me out to a wonderful dinner at Gino's in Meridian (if you have never been . . . GO! Trust me.), and then a movie. I know we aren't that exciting but we had a wonderful evening together and that is all that matters . . . right? Isaac got to spend the night with Grammie Mernie.
Happy Anniversary Justin! I love you and am still glad I married you!

It seems like yesterday.

Looked at the calender today and felt like I had been hit in the gut. Not sure how I forgot considering it has been on my mind A LOT lately, but today marks the two year anniversary of my fathers passing. It hurts as much today as it did on day one. But I suppose that is only natural considering he was the most amazing man and father I have ever and ever hope to know. I hate to write about something that will make anybody sad; but don't feel like I can ignore this day either. I miss him so much and am so grateful that God blessed me with such a wonderful man to be my father. I love you Pa and have a HUGE hug ready for you when we meet again.

A Wedding for the history books!

JASON AND JENNA TIED THE KNOT! That's right folks, we officially have a new Mrs. Moores! August 15, 2009; perfect day for a wedding! I must admit that I was on a bit of an emotional magic carpet ride but in the end I couldn't be more ecstatic about having a sister! The happy couple are presently off on their honeymoon (which I am totally jealous of BTW) and I can not wait for them to get back and tell me all about it. Sure hope they smuggle some sand back for me.
It was a beautiful day and a wonderful time spent with family. I have the BEST family a girl could ask for, and it just keeps getting better! Welcome to the family Jenna! We love you both.

Not worth reading, but I bet you will anyway

Winston is pretty sure Isaac is his puppy.
Is it sad that this is the only picture in existance of me and my son together? Okay, its not the only picture, but is the 1st one since coming home from the hospital 11 weeks ago. And is it sad that I had to take it myself?

This Rosalind (my mothers bulldog, and Winstons sister), she really loves Isaac too.

What you looking at Willis?

So, I haven't written anything in a while and you may find yourself asking why. Well, the answer is simple. I don't really have anything to say. So why do I bother now? I don't know, I still don't have anything to say or share. But here I am anyway, blogging. If you can call it blogging. I'm not sure I would, its really more like wasting your time. Its how I roll.

However, I do have some very cute and sweet pictures to share with you all of my bean. So enjoy the pictures and please forgive the lack of anything to write about.

Seems Jenna has a little bit of competition.

My husband told my dog to give me a case of the whoopa butt's. What does that mean? No really, what does that mean? This is what I live with . . . EVERY DAY. Do you feel sorry for me yet? Didn't think so. Humpf. I married a nerd. Good thing he is a lovable nerd :).

My City Boy

Couldn't resist this photo opp., who would have thought under that dorky hat, camo shirt and shorts that don't match is a city boy? Is it weird that I love this side of him?
Winston also loves this side of him!

Happy Fathers Day Justin!

Happy 1st Fathers Day to my husband! Thank you for being such a wonderful father and husband!

We spent a really nice weekend in Umatilla with family. Uncle Scott is too good of a cook for my own good. I'm sure I have gained back all of the weight I had lost. Oh well, I guess that is why I married a personal trainer!

Meet my family

I would like to introduce you to my family. This is my handsome husband Justin. He is a personal trainer and just opened up his own gym in north Meridian! If anybody is in need of some training, Justin is the BEST trainer in Boise, trust me I know! Or, if you are looking for a place to work out Fit Stop is the place to go! Its on the corner of Chinden and Long Lake between Linder and 10 mile roads (please forgive the shameless plug!).

Justin and I welcomed home our 1st child on May 1, 2009. Isaac Levi Trail (aka Baby Bean), the most beautiful baby boy in the whole world! I may be a bit biased, but I'm a mommy and I am allowed. Right? Isaac came into the world weighing 8lbs 1oz and was 22in. I was hoping he would be a little bigger so I could blame all the extra weight I gained on him. Yeah, that's right, I'm a blame shifter, and I'm one with it.
God has blessed me with a wonderful husband who loves us and makes me laugh everyday, and a perfect little boy who brings me joy that I never expected. Hurray for Beans!
And of course I can't forget our dog! This is Winston (who is known around our house as Monkey Bean. Don't ask, I don't know), he is an Old English Bulldog, heavy on the bull! He is the sweetest dog, who LOVES Isaac (I'm pretty sure he thinks Isaac belongs to him). He definitely has a mind of his own and does pretty much whatever he wants, which is pretty naughty; but we love him anyway. Winston, much like Justin, makes me laugh everyday too!

Welcome to my Bean Trail!

I am trying my hand at blogging. Not entirely sure why, I don't have much to say and have no idea what this blog will be about. However, I have found myself with an extra minute here and there and thought why not try to fill them by boring others? That is if I can manage to con anybody into visiting my humble little blog. So; please for the LOVE OF GOD please visit! I am sure along the way I will have something worth saying or at least somewhat humorous. One can hope anyway. But maybe I should apologize in advance for wasting your time . . . nah, I'll save that for later. Welcome! And enjoy your cows!
